Shipping Policy:


In the United States, we ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) from our store in Orland Park, IL directly.  Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, all U.S. Territories are also sent via USPS . All deliveries are based on business days, and do not include weekends or holidays. Standard Ground delivery times within the contiguous United States average 2-4 business days from the time your order ships (please allow for 1 to 2 days in-house processing time.) Delivery can vary depending on the destination address.

Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days for a refund as long as they are returned in their original packaging with no damage. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days for a return.

You must email us at: [email protected] with a request to return the item prior to sending it back. All return shipping is to be provided by the customer.

Return in Store to Avoid Shipping Charges

Items purchased in-store or online can be returned to our store at Orland Square Mall. Just bring a copy of your order confirmation email or the packing slip you received with your order. Credit will be issued immediately. If you return your product in-store, you can avoid paying return shipping charges. 

Kit Exceptions

Mechanical building kits cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. Due to their very nature, they contain many small parts that could be lost, rendering the item unsellable. Once a kit is opened, it is non-refundable. However, we are here to help! If you should break or lose a part to a kit, please contact us as we try to save as many extra parts as we can and can mail it out to you in most cases. If you get stuck building a kit, reach out to us and we can help over the phone or via email with enhanced instruction. If the kit was purchased locally, you may bring it into the store (Orland Park, IL) for us to look over and help complete the build.

Refunds 

All approved refunds will go back to their original payment method on the next business day after the item has been received and approved for refund. Alternately, the customer may request in-store credit either on the webstore or via a physical gift card to be mailed out or received at the store.
